CDE Lightband
CDE Lightband offers electric, television, Internet and phone service to customers in the city limits of Clarksville. CDE Lightband is the municipal power provider and serves over 72,000 metered homes and businesses with electric service and over 22,000 customers with broadband services.

City Attorney
The City Attorney shall be an attorney-at-law entitled to practice in the courts of the State of Tennessee, shall be appointed by the city council, shall receive such compensation as the council may determine.

The City Clerk shall be appointed by the City Council.

The primary objectives of the Clarksville Police Department are to ensure a high quality of life for our citizens by lowering the crime rate, and promoting safety.

Clarksville Transit System
The mission of the Clarksville Transit System is to plan, implement, maintain and manage a public transportation system that allows for maximum mobility for the community with emphasis on safety, quality and efficiency.

Finance & Revenue
The mission of the Department of Finance and Revenue is to support and facilitate municipal operations by the use of an effective and efficient expenditure and revenue management accounting and reporting system.

Fire
We strive to provide top-flight customer service to all aspects of our mission through our fire suppression activities, medical assist responses, daily and annual training, fire prevention inspections and public fire education programs, fire investigations, safety practices, and vehicle maintenance procedures.

Fleet Maintenance
Fleet Maintenance provides preventative maintenance and repair service on approximately 2,000 pieces of equipment, ranging from vehicles to lawn mowers and chainsaws.

Gas & Water
Gas and Water is proud to safely and efficiently deliver natural gas, water and wastewater services to the citizens of Clarksville-Montgomery County by a courteous and professional team of knowledgeable employees.

Neighborhood & Community Services
The mission is to bring needs and resources together in a coordinated housing and community development strategy to create, maintain and expand decent housing, suitable living environment and economic opportunities for low and moderate income persons in the City.

Municipal Court
The Municipal Court Clerk's Office operates under the direction of the City Court Clerk, Ernie Griffith and supports the City Judge, Charles W. Smith. The Clerk's Office is the keeper of the records for the courts and accepts payments for all violations.

Riverview Cemetery
The Riverview Cemetery has existed since February 23, 1800, when Clarksville was no more than a village, on land donated by Valentine Sevier, who was the first recorded interment.
